Franz is a managing director at Deloitte Consulting, LLP where he leads Human Capital Ecosystems and Alliances and is on the Human Capital Management Committee. His teams are involved in sensing and scanning the HR Technology market, developing partnerships, and scaling existing alliances to bring innovative solutions to clients. He is focused on moving Deloitte’s priorities forward in the areas of Sustainability, Climate, and Equity (SC&E), Workforce Ecosystems, and Future of Work. Franz has played an active role in advancing the HR Profession throughout his career. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), and he was a founding member of the International Standards Organization (ISO) HR Standards committee (TC260) which has created several HR ISO Standards – to include ISO 30414 – Guidelines for Internal and External Human Capital Reporting.

Allyson is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice with more than 20 years of consulting experience. Allyson leads and delivers strategic Human Capital solutions for global Life Sciences clients that address talent and organizational change issues. Specific areas of expertise include leadership engagement and alignment, culture change, strategic change management, talent strategy, communications, and operating model and organization design.
Russell Klosk

Russell Klosk

Russell Klosk is a managing director in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. With over three decades of experience in consulting and as an HR Executive in industry, he currently leads the Workforce Planning practice and has focused heavily in the Strategic Workforce Planning space for over two decades. He is focused on driving the design, deployment, and execution of differentiated talent strategies, working to assist clients in future-proofing their workforce and modeling workforce-related investment decisions based on business objectives and requirements. His role includes leading assessments of current programs, building strategies, analytics, and technologies, as well as delivery models associated with running these capabilities and empowering clients to make evidence-based workforce decisions. A graduate of the University of Southern California and New York University, he resides in the Washington, DC, area with his two daughters and is the author of Talent Prophecy: Creating Strategic Impact through Workforce Planning and Talent Strategy.
