The Next Generation CEO Program isn’t just preparation—it’s where future CEOs are formed. Designed for high-potential leaders ready to step into the role of a lifetime, this immersive experience is led by veteran CEOs, senior Deloitte leaders, and external experts who bring decades of real-world insight. Over three days, participants engage in hands-on learning, deep networking, personal reflection, and strategic action planning. Each session is crafted to challenge perspectives, unlock leadership potential, and accelerate readiness for the chief executive role.

Additional program information

  • Candidate for the CEO role at current organization or has the potential to become corporate CEO of another organization in the next five years
  • Regional leader, P&L leader, or president role of a significant subsidiary
  • Has support for participation in the program from the current CEO, the CHRO, and/or Board of Directors

The program occurs twice a year; once in the fall and once in the spring

The Program's cohort size is intentionally limited and typically includes a mix of 50% business unit leaders/division CEOs, 15% CFOs, 15% COOs, and 20% other C-suite roles
