    Modernizing Medi-Cal access

    The California Healthcare Eligibility, Enrollment, and Retention System (CalHEERS) is California’s secure portal for Medi-Cal and private coverage, serving nearly one-third of residents. In 2024, the California Office of Technology and Solutions Integration (OTSI) and Deloitte launched AI powered Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
