Tech Outlook 2026: Agentic AI and infrastructure strategy

Steve is the Vice Chair and US Technology Sector Leader at Deloitte. In this role, he works closely with Deloitte’s lead client service partners and multidisciplinary teams to support the firm’s most strategic technology clients—ranging from leading global hardware, software, and semiconductor companies—as they innovate, scale, and navigate disruption in an increasingly complex market. Based in Silicon Valley, he brings over three decades of experience serving the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industry. Over the course of his career at Deloitte, Steve has held a range of senior leadership roles and has served as the Global Lead Client Service Partner for several of the firm’s most significant technology sector clients. Known for building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams, he brings deep industry knowledge and an integrated understanding of Deloitte’s capabilities to deliver tailored solutions to large, complex, and globally distributed enterprises. Beyond his client responsibilities, Steve is deeply committed to leadership development. Over his career at Deloitte, he has actively been involved in Deloitte’s leadership programs and frequently facilitates sessions for our professionals and clients.

Ayo is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s customer & marketing practice with 20 years of consulting experience, serving clients in the Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors. He also serves as TMT’s XaaS practice leader. He advises business leaders on business transformation, with specific expertise in transforming Sales, Channel, and Customer operations with a focus on helping Tech sector clients transition their products and services to the Cloud and other as-a-service business models. Ayo has a successful track record of helping clients implement new transformational capabilities—his technology background and business experience enables him to effectively play a critical leadership and mediation role, from concept through realization. Currently, Ayo also serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leader for Deloitte Consulting. In this role, Ayo focuses on creating a meaningful and consistent experience for all employees to ensure they are comfortable being their authentic selves. While at Deloitte, Ayo served as champion for the Management Leaders of Tomorrow (MLT) for over a decade, creating a community for future diverse leaders. He was also the Dean of the Deloitte Consulting Immersion Program, driving leadership development for underrepresented minorities. Ayo joined Deloitte in 2005 after earning his MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Ayo graduated from the University of Ife, with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.

Frances Yu is a Partner with Deloitte Consulting LLP. She is the global lead for Deloitte's Enterprise Digital Strategy offering, and the High Tech sector lead for Deloitte Digital’s Market offering. Additionally, she is a leader in Deloitte's end-to-end CMO Services and Customer Transformation practice. She spent the past 18 years helping global companies drive demand-driven growth through making enterprise-wide digital strategy and organization choices, launching new digital-enabled business and new brands, and transforming sales and marketing capabilities to be digital first. She is a frequent contributor to industry panels and publications on CMO and digital topics. Most recently, she has been focusing on rewiring the enterprise for the digital era – making enterprise cheaper, faster, and better, and the implications of this era on the workforce.
