Chris is a managing director in Deloitte’s National Office – Accounting and Reporting Services Group. Chris’ primary areas of expertise are revenue recognition, leasing, accounting for cloud computing arrangements and software development, business combinations, long lived assets, and CECL for commercial entities. Chris is also one of the primary authors of Deloitte’s Roadmap to Applying the New Revenue Recognition Standard and has also authored various other external publications addressing accounting for cloud computing arrangements, agile software development, CECL for commercial entities and revenue recognition. Chris is also the audit leader for Accounting and Reporting Advisory services where he oversees all accounting and reporting advisory service includes new standards implementation, accounting on-call advisory services, accounting for technology transformation, IFRS to US GAAP conversions and SEC reporting.

Blair McCauley is an Audit & Assurance managing director with over 16 years of experience. Currently Blair serves in Deloitte’s Professional Practice Network – Accounting and Reporting Services group where she consults with clients and engagement teams on technical accounting and reporting matters including financial statement presentation, business combinations and dispositions, and sustainability reporting. In this role she also follows standard-setting activities, authors publications, and develops and delivers training to clients and Deloitte professionals. In addition, Blair has experience serving audit clients and accounting and reporting advisory clients across a variety of industries. Blair holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Pennsylvania and California.

Andrew is an audit and assurance partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP in the Accounting and Reporting Services group within the firm’s national office. He assists attest and non-attest engagement teams and clients with technical accounting matters. Andrew focuses on the accounting for financial instruments, derivatives and hedging, debt and equity capital transactions, transfers and securitizations, financial instrument and derivative valuation, and consolidation, including special purpose entities (SPEs) and variable interest entities (VIEs). Andrew’s career has included a Professional Accounting Fellowship (PAF) at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Office of the Chief Accountant (OCA), and various roles in Deloitte's audit and advisory practices in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Francisco. He is a CPA in California and a member of the AICPA and California Society of CPAs, and a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of San Francisco.

John is a senior consultation partner in the SEC services team in Deloitte & Touche LLPs National Office Accounting & Reporting Services group and is a member of the Consolidations team. He is responsible for SEC reporting related matters associated with initial public offerings, SPAC transactions, mergers and acquisitions, SEC comment letters, non-GAAP information and other SEC form and content requirements in addition to technical accounting matters related to consolidation and equity method investees. He also serves as Deloitte's representative on the AICPA Audit Practices Task Force. John previously managed Deloitte's Global IFRS and Offering Services Group in Shanghai and Paris, where he supported foreign entities with IPO and other US listing-related services, including due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings and broad US GAAP techical support.

Jonathan is an Audit & Assurance Partner in Deloitte’s Accounting Advisory practice with nearly 15 years of experience. He has spent over half of his career auditing public and private clients as well as completing a three-year rotation in the SEC Services Group within Deloitte’s National Office. He has extensive experience with financial statements and registration statements including initial public offerings, mergers, SPAC transactions, debt exchanges and periodic filings (e.g. Form 10-K and 10-Q). Currently, he provides accounting and reporting focusing on capital markets transactions including IPO readiness and execution, governance risk and controls and technical accounting matters, across several industries. He has also co-authored various publications and interpretative guidance related to the SEC’s rules and regulations, including Deloitte’s “A Roadmap to Initial Public Offerings” and is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of New York and California.
