Pranav Mehta is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Health Care practice, leading the health plan growth and distribution practice. He helps health plans and health services organizations achieve their growth and efficiency goals through Go-to-Market strategies and front office transformations, enhancing customer and partner experiences. Pranav advises clients on strategy, business transformation, operations, marketing, product development, consumer experience, and technology roadmaps. His expertise includes health plan front-office operations and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). He has led numerous transformation initiatives in sales operations, distribution channel optimization, underwriting, and quote-to-card implementations. As a former health plan market president, Pranav has firsthand experience in driving growth and profitability results. He holds a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from Cornell University.
