Based in Los Angeles, Kevan is the sector leader for Deloitte’s Automotive Advisory practice. In that role Kevan is responsible for leading Deloitte’s risk, resilience, and transaction advisory services to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), their suppliers and their dealer groups in the United States. Kevan has nearly 25 years of investment banking and financial advisory experience, assisting public and private entities throughout the acquisition, capital raising, and sale or divestiture process. Kevan has led multi-functional teams in completing cross border transactions in Brazil, Canada, the Caribbean, China, EMEA, Japan, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Pinaki co-leads Deloitte’s US Consulting Private Equity practice, advising private equity sponsors and investment managers on modernization to drive scalable growth. He works with General Partners (GPs), corporate-owned investment managers, and traditional managers building private capabilities to assess end-to-end investment and operating processes and redesign operating models that improve speed to invest, decision quality, transparency, and cost to serve. His work is enabled by automation, modern platforms, stronger data foundations, and selective outsourcing—helping clients strengthen execution and controls across the private capital lifecycle. Pinaki brings 20 years of experience serving leading sell-side and buy-side institutions across commercial real estate, private credit, asset-based finance, securitized products, trade and supply chain finance, infrastructure and fund finance, and private debt.

Rhys Butler leads Deloitte’s US consulting efforts for modernization and transformation at private capital managers. He advises all investment managers on how to transform their private capital investment capabilities, including private investment firms (GP’s/sponsors) and corporate-owned investment managers looking to scale and grow, as well as traditional investment managers looking to build private investment capabilities. This includes designing new operating models for scalability and growth through automation, new technologies, data transformation, or outsourcing by assessing their end-to-end capabilities.
