He has a diverse background that includes Defensive and Offensive Cyber analysis, operations and capability development. He worked heavily in Counter Cyber Intelligence activities providing, strategic and tactical level special operations planning, collection and operational support. Will provided mission oversight for both Defensive and Offensive Cyber Operations for the United States and it's Allies. Will currently leads the Adversary Pursuit Organization for D&R, with oversight of Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and Incident response capabilities.
