The Analyst role offers high-achieving students a challenging and immersive introduction to investment banking, building a strong foundation for future paths in private equity, graduate school, and beyond.

As an Analyst, you will make an impact on client teams by working closely with experienced investment bankers on live transactions and business development efforts. You will help prepare pitch materials, develop financial analyses, and support recommendations related to growth strategies, capital structure decisions, and transaction alternatives.

You will also gain hands-on experience with core valuation methodologies, helping clients assess business value and determine appropriate transaction ranges. In addition, you will learn how to help companies position themselves effectively to the investor community by shaping compelling value propositions and anticipating key questions. Throughout the role, you will have meaningful exposure to senior bankers and clients across every stage of the transaction process.

In this role, you will help lead analysts through financial models and analytics, and support the development of marketing and diligence materials. You will also interact with company executives, professional investors, and internal specialists, contributing to client discussions, due diligence sessions, pitches for new business, and other transaction meetings.

As an Associate, you should bring strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills, along with a solid understanding of financial statements and the ability to learn quickly. Success in this role requires curiosity, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting both internal teams and clients.
