The SHINE Program brings interns and associates into Deloitte’s Client & Market Growth (CMG) organization. Our mission is to develop young, adept professionals to effectively contribute to CMG priorities and ultimately accelerate the hiring and onboarding cycle.
SHINE interns and associates are part of the CMG team. They have the opportunity to be exposed to various marketing, communications, and business development activities, build a diverse set of skills, and establish a strong network.
