Offering a comprehensive array of IT solutions

Alliant 3 is GSA’s next-generation Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for information technology services. Structured as a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (MA-IDIQ) vehicle, Alliant 3 enables federal agencies to acquire complex, enterprise-wide IT solutions quickly, securely, and at scale. Alliant 3 builds on the proven legacy of the Alliant and Alliant 2 contracts by modernizing acquisition strategy, strengthening competition, and aligning federal IT procurement with current administration priorities focused on efficiency, accountability, and measurable mission outcomes.

About GSA Alliant 3

With GSA’s Alliant 3 contract, government agencies can obtain a single source of integrated IT services and access to premier private sector IT services, including the following broad array of features and benefits:

  • Provides integrated IT services-based solutions for federal agencies’ current and evolving needs, deliverable globally (“anywhere and anytime worldwide”), at government or contractor facilities (subject to legal/regulatory limits)
  • Designed for maximum flexibility—an “Anything IT Anywhere” approach for any conceivable IT services-based requirement, tailored via task order requests to specific mission needs
  • Offers flexibility and supports all contract types (e.g., fixed price, cost reimbursement, labor-hour, and time and materials)
  • Allows long-term planning on large-scale programs
  • Adheres to pre-completed and streamlined ordering procedures
  • Accommodates federal guidelines regarding enterprise architecture and other IT compliance standards and protocols
  • Requires top-secret facility clearances for awardees
