Beyond the Form: An Agentic Approach to HR and Talent Lifecycle Management

Speakers: Yanni Pelekanos (Deloitte) and Aleks Ontman (Deloitte)

ATLAS, Deloitte's Agentic AI solution built with Google Gemini and Vertex AI, is designed to help streamline and accelerate the talent lifecycle by automating manual, cross-system HR processes. Through natural conversation, ATLAS guides employees through complex transactions based on agency policy, supports managers and HR reviewers with role-specific review and compliance checks, and delivers workforce analytics through conversational, real-time insights. In this demonstration, Deloitte will showcase ATLAS using a common benefits enrollment use case for public sector clients — illustrating how a single employee life event can trigger a personalized action plan and real-time updates across HR systems.
