One of the largest US insurers engaged Deloitte to create a single version of the truth for customer profiles to be used by all-consuming apps. Deloitte helped modernize its legacy on-prem Customer MDM solution to a cloud-native MDM SaaS solution, providing easier data management and consistent customer information with enhanced scalability and performance.

Solution

• Designed and delivered target-state MDM architecture to support scalability and next-gen technology capabilities
• Designed and developed cloud-based Reltio MDM solution hosted on AWS leveraging industry best practices
• Designed and developed real-time integrations for source and consuming application based on Kafka streaming platform
