Deloitte helps McLaren Racing drive transformation across F1, INDYCAR and its 2027 WEC entry. As Official Transformation Partner, our work spans digital twin simulation, ERP, finance, transformation, circularity measurement and more.
Deloitte's work here supports McLaren Racing as it pursues motorsport's ultimate achievement: victories at the Monaco Grand Prix, the Indianapolis 500, and the 24 hours of Le Mans. See how Deloitte is helping McLaren connect teams and technology to drive performance from the back office to the pit wall. Because the biggest quests often require trusted support that goes the distance.
Deloitte helped McLaren advance digital twin technology that processes 360,000 simulations per second, turning millions of race-day data points into actionable insights. McLaren’s strategists can analyze millions of possible race scenarios in seconds adapting pit stop timing, tire choices, and fuel management while the race is still unfolding.
Deloitte has been a hugely valued partner for many years. Their expertise in data, technology and transformation has played a meaningful role in our return to the front of the grid.

Deloitte implemented Workday’s cloud-based finance and HR platform across McLaren Racing in just eight months, helping it transform its HR and finance operations with precision similar to what McLaren brings to its race strategy. Because world-class racing should involve world-class operations in every system.
McLaren Racing have set a goal to research and develop a circular Formula 1 car, reducing waste and minimizing resource use in their manufacturing. But they needed a way to measure progress. Commissioned by the FIA (the sport’s regulator), the F1 Constructors’ Circularity Handbook was developed in collaboration with Deloitte and McLaren. This handbook establishes the sport’s first consistent measurement standards for circular practices. Now F1 teams can track their environmental impact and drive towards a more sustainable manufacturing operation.
