Newly Launched Deloitte and Palantir Strategic Alliance Delivering Tangible Outcomes, Accelerating Transformation for Clients’ Modern Enterprise Functions

As a Palantir preferred alliance partner for government and commercial clients, Deloitte’s early successes are accelerating mission impact for clients

NEW YORK, July 21, 2025— In today’s rapidly evolving environment, where AI-enterprise scaling is essential for organizations to transform and meet mission-critical objectives more quickly and decisively, Deloitte and Palantir’s recently launched strategic alliance is unlocking effective outcomes for government and commercial clients. Together, Deloitte and Palantir have developed an Enterprise Operating System (EOS) combining Deloitte’s IP and domain experience with Palantir’s Foundry and AIP platforms.

The Deloitte-Palantir Enterprise Operating System, which was announced recently at AIPCon 7, is designed to deliver outcomes faster by unlocking insights that have historically been trapped within data silos, enabling significant performance improvement through enterprise-grade AI. The EOS represents the first in a series of joint offerings that are being developed across commercial and government domains.

“Deloitte shares Palantir’s commitment to decisive action and a dedication to delivering meaningful, lasting results for commercial and government clients. Expanding our preferred relationship at this pivotal moment provides our clients with Palantir’s latest advances in AI, combined with Deloitte’s engineering scale and deep sector experience,”

—Jason Girzadas, Deloitte US CEO.

Deloitte’s experience helping organizations modernize and optimize their core operations led Gartner in 2024 to name the organization a leader in Cloud ERP Services. The EOS demonstrates how Deloitte’s preferred alliance with Palantir is redefining what is possible for clients. By combining Deloitte’s deep industry experience with Palantir’s cutting-edge technology, they are empowering organizations to accelerate their digital transformation journeys to achieve measurable outcomes.

“The strong market response to the Enterprise Operating System — infused with Deloitte’s Zora AITM agents — demonstrates the impact we can achieve together. It’s a testament to our shared drive to help clients reimagine what’s possible and achieve more in their missions and businesses by unlocking new levels of insight, agility, and speed,”

— Jennifer Walcott, Deloitte’s Government and Public Services industry leader.

Deloitte and Palantir’s EOS helps create better outcomes by bringing together:

  • Deloitte AscendTM, a single delivery platform that orchestrates human and AI collaboration to achieve domain specific outcomes more efficiently, effectively and consistently;
  • Deloitte’s Zora AI, an agentic product platform and suite of pre-configured AI agents that deliver enterprise and industry-specific business outcomes; and
  • Palantir Foundry and Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) leveraging Palantir’s ontology pre-configured using Deloitte’s industry leading practices to accelerate time to value.

Deloitte and Palantir’s joint clients are already leveraging the EOS for financial and grants management, audit readiness, HR processes, supply chain visibility, ERP modernization and AI-driven process automation to deliver key mission and business impacts. One of the largest federal agencies is currently using the EOS to profile data supporting decisions needed to accelerate systems and process information, saving hundreds of thousands of person hours, profiling years of complex data and process changes for its ERP modernization and financial management transformation.

“Deloitte has an impressive team of Palantir users. We look forward to building solutions with them that will make America stronger.”

- Dr. Alex Karp, Palantir CEO and co-founder.

Deloitte has invested in building the largest cohort of trained and certified Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) outside of Palantir. Over the next year, Deloitte expects to more than triple that number. To accelerate their clients’ aspirations and achieve faster, more meaningful AI driven outcomes, Deloitte has established the Palantir Center of Excellence (COE) in Arlington, Virginia. The Palantir COE’s immersive bootcamps enable clients to explore what is possible and at what velocity, challenging incremental thinking and bringing forward the best from commercial and government into one joint environment.
