Yuchen Chen

Yuchen is a health actuary in Deloitte Consulting’s Actuarial & Insurance Solutions practice with extensive experience across the healthcare ecosystem developing solutions for his clients including strategy, operation, and implementation within the Healthcare Sector. His recent experiences include: new treatment market access strategy, establishment of a new Medicare Advantage business for a regional health plan, implementation of a new cloud-based VBC payment platform, and a wide variety of analytics projects, including AI/ML use cases. Yuchen currently leads the product offering focused on claim data analytics to support health system care retention & health plan cost of care improvement programs. He also led the design and development of Deloitte’s Care Pattern Index tool. Yuchen is a Fellow of Society of Actuaries.
