Jonathan Winer

Jonathan is in Deloitte Consulting with more than 20 years of experience in management and information technology consulting, including program management, budget and finance, strategic planning, business process improvement and change management, performance management and measurement, benchmarking, and policy and cost analysis. Jonathan is a leader in our Civil Government Sector and provides oversight and management across Federal Accounts. Prior to Deloitte, Jonathan worked in the Executive Office of the President’s (EOP) Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
