Dr. Wade F. Horn, Ph.D.

Wade is a director with Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Public Sector practice. In this role, he is responsible for leading the Health and Human Services (HHS) Marketplace and is a key adviser to HHS clients. Prior to joining Deloitte, Wade was the former assistant secretary for the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) at the US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
