Walt Sokoll

Walt is a Principal in Deloitte’s Government and Public Services (GPS) practice leading ERP Integration across our portfolio of Human Capital and Financials projects. With over 29 years of experience across large Global/Federated commercial and government organizations, Walt advises clients on business transformation, digital strategy, and ERP technology adoption across Workday, Oracle, SAP and PeopleSoft technologies. He is recognized for his ability to drive large-scale implementations that deliver measurable value and support strategic business transformations. His leadership success is built upon assembling high performing Deloitte and client teams aligned toward business outcomes with an emphasis on executive steering committee effectiveness.​

In addition to his practice leadership responsibilities, Walt is also a Delivery Excellence Leader within Deloitte’s GPS ERP practice. In this role, he has conducted quality reviews on a regular basis for client projects including, the US Office of Personnel Management, Orange County, CA, Los Angeles Metro, Yale University, the University of Pennsylvania, Walmart, Citibank, Johnson & Johnson, Wells Fargo, Kohl’s Department Stores, Dell Technologies and Salesforce.com.
