Vivek Parmar is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Government & Public Services practice with more than 20 years of experience transforming Medicaid programs. Across 10+ states, he has led teams of 100+ professionals delivering mission-critical systems serving millions of residents in New York, Maryland, Wisconsin, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
