He brings more than 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate the dynamic challenges of technology risk, cyber assurance, and internal controls. His primary focus is enabling companies in complex, regulated industries—especially in the retail and consumer products sector—to move beyond compliance and leverage risk management as a driver of strategic advantage.

Vipul leads global teams in designing and delivering IT audit programs that address regulatory requirements, emerging cyber risks, and the impact of transformative technologies and digital solutions. His career has spanned global consumer and retail initiatives, large-scale Sarbanes-Oxley and technology risk programs, and executive advisory on governance and cyber assurance.

Vipul is passionate about building high-performing, collaborative teams and mentoring future leaders, with an approach grounded in trust, humility, and partnership. As a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), he maintains a pragmatic perspective on how technology and human insight together create lasting organizational value.
