Vijay Santhanam

Vijay is a managing director with Deloitte Consulting LLP and a leader in the supply chain and network operations practice. He has more than 15 years of experience and focuses on lean engineering, end-to-end global product development and manufacturing process, and organization design. Vijay has deep expertise in applying lean principles to global product development processes to improve engineering and manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness, manage product complexity, and reduce cost and time-to-market for new products. Prior to joining Deloitte, Vijay worked in the aerospace and defense industry with a focus on product development and CAE modeling and simulation. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, an MS from the University of Arizona and a BS from the University of Nagpur in aerospace and mechanical engineering.
