Victoria Bloom

Victoria is head of research at The Manufacturing Institute, where she works with leading consulting firms to produce research on the key workforce and competitiveness issues facing manufacturing, and chief economist for the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). Prior to joining NAM and MI, she spent seven years on Capitol Hill, most recently serving as economist for the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
