Venus has more than 20 years of experience in several industries including financial services, consumer and industrial products, energy, agribusiness and telecommunications. Venus is a strategic advisor and mega deal specialist who has led the global deal team/post-merger integration team for several multibillion-dollar deals. She has also led regional programs for divestitures, wind-downs, and integration across all industries.
Venus spent 10 years at Deloitte Brazil in various roles including growth of the M&A Brazil offering, leader of strategy, AI and M&A and led Latam M&A for four years, coordinating Brazil, Mexico, S-Latam and Chilean M&A teams.
In her role as strategy, analytics & M&A leader, she helped clients solve their core business problems with digital transformation solutions. She also led a multi-year growth project for a major pharmaceutical company.
Venus holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in International Business from University of Washington. She also speaks conversational Portuguese.
