A Principal with over 22 years at the firm, Vadhi has spent his career helping the world's largest organizations envision, execute, and realize value from complex business transformations, building deep expertise across the full spectrum of SAP solutions along the way.
Vadhi most recently served as Deloitte's Global SAP Offering Leader and has held a range of leadership roles across Supply Chain, Delivery Transformation, and Sales Excellence over his tenure at the firm. Most importantly, Vadhi has been an account leader at several large clients across Consumer, Life Sciences and ER&I. Throughout, he has been driven by a consistent thread: orchestrating cross-functional, cross-border initiatives that deliver transformative outcomes for Deloitte's largest global clients, while creating a memorable experience for our teams.
As the US SAP Offering Leader, Vadhi sets the strategy and direction for Deloitte's US SAP practice, with a clear focus on evolving SAP from a system of record into the intelligence engine at the heart of the enterprise. He is leading the practice's shift toward AI-native delivery and the Autonomous Enterprise, ensuring clients - across every industry the practice serves - get seamless access to Deloitte's full breadth of SAP capabilities, assets, and delivery network.
