Lori Pressler is the Chief Ethics Officer for the Deloitte US firms. She is an audit Partner at Deloitte with over 25 years of experience serving domestic and global clients and serves as a National Professional Practice Director for the Audit & Assurance Practice.
As Chief Ethics Officer of the Deloitte US firms, Lori champions a culture of integrity and quality by setting the ethical tone at the top, inspiring professionals to always choose the right path. She strengthens ethical leadership by embedding ethics and Deloitte’s Shared Values throughout the organization while surfacing marketplace insights on emerging ethical and cultural risks and trends that inform the market and advance trust. She brings a leadership approach grounded in gratitude, empathy, collaboration, and accountability.
Alongside her ethics responsibilities, as a National Professional Practice Director, Lori helps drive audit quality across the Audit & Assurance practice. She has served clients in the life sciences, technology, media, telecommunications, and retail sectors. Beyond Deloitte, she serves on several nonprofit and professional boards, including the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy.
Lori earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
