Traci Mizoguchi

Traci is a Deloitte Audit and Assurance principal. She specializes in providing strategic risk, business process, and technology risk services to clients within the life sciences and health care industry.

In addition to her client service responsibilities, she serves as the Audit & Assurance Health Care sector leader.
She is regularly involved with implementing technology and internal control solutions, evaluating information technology and business controls in key financial and operational systems. She has assisted companies both implement and modernize their existing control frameworks to streamline their testing strategies and achieve optimization to comply with various regulatory requirements (i.e., Sarbanes Oxley, GxP, HIPAA, and FCPA).

Traci has deep experience working closely with project sponsors and key stakeholders to identify and implement internal controls, risk management solutions, and on-going remediation efforts. She has assisted clients in enhancing their business operations by enabling them to better manage risks with efficient and effective business processes, controls and sophisticated technology solutions. She is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and maintains the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Cybersecurity Fundamentals (CSX), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certifications.
