Tonya Wilborn-Rogers serves as the Chief Culture Officer for Deloitte, where she leads the Culture, Experience & Belonging team and drives the organization’s strategy for fostering an inclusive culture, delivering a leading talent experience, and promoting a sense of belonging to help our professionals thrive and reach their full potential.
With over 20 years at Deloitte, Tonya has championed culture and driven people priorities at scale in both internal and client-facing roles. She is a principal for Deloitte & Touche LLP and previously served as the Culture, Experience & Belonging leader for Deloitte Consulting LLP, driving initiatives that focused on Deloitte's culture and talent experience.
Tonya is actively engaged in the Dallas community, including work with United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and serving on the Steering Committee for the Tocqueville Society. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) professional.
