Tong Yi is a Tax managing director with Deloitte Tax LLP’s Tax Transformation Consulting (TTC) practice, bringing close to 20 years of public accounting experience and a track record of designing and delivering end-to-end tax technology solutions for large multinational corporations.
As a leader within the TTC group, Tong has led numerous tax system implementation and process improvement engagements across the full direct tax lifecycle, spanning data management, process redesign, and technology enablement. She specializes in helping corporations navigate the tax implications of transactions and evolving tax law changes, with deep experience in international tax technology solutions and industry-specific challenges.
Tong works closely with tax and finance leaders to align technology strategy with business objectives, ensuring implementations deliver lasting operational value.
She holds a Master of Accountancy from Case Western Reserve University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and Minnesota.
