Tom Skinner

Tom is an experienced consultant and Business Solution Architect with more than twenty years of experience in designing and implementing financial reporting processes and systems acquired through a wide range of projects and large international engagements.

He combines a professional background as a qualified accountant with an excellent understanding of the architectures which underpin statutory, management and regulatory reporting. He has deep knowledge of financial services and enabling technologies including Cloud data engineering, analytics and machine learning.

He has worked as the Business Solution Architect on Finance Transformation programs for large banks and insurers, running Design Authorities and guiding the implementation of complex operating model changes across data, systems, processes and organizational models.
