Mr. Nicolosi is a Principal in Deloitte & Touche’s Regulatory, Risk and Forensics Consulting Services practice, who leads our Banking non-Financial Risk Management Program industry group and has extensive experience assisting Financial Services clients with governance, regulatory and non-financial risk management related issues.
Since joining Deloitte, Tom has focused on non-financial risk and governance issues, broad transformation, consumer compliance, and consumer operations. In leading and delivering services to our clients Tom has: driven risk management related strategic planning, led Compliance Program Framework development/design, led large program transformations/ implementations, conducted operational and regulatory assessments, created training content, examination preparation, developed policies/procedures, and developed and conducted compliance testing. Over the last few years, Tom has focused on some broad non-financial risk program transformation/modernization and customer remediation work. He has assisted some of our largest Financial Services clients with the development and implementation of an overall non-financial and regulatory risk management mitigation strategy and program design, that includes the following aspects: strategic planning, governance, legal inventory and risk assessment, monitoring and testing methodology, management reporting and training.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Tom graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Management, with a minor in Economics. He has also received an MBA from Villanova University.
