Tom is a Principal in Deloitte’s Energy & Chemicals practice based out of Dallas, TX. With 29 years of experience in the sector helping clients achieve their growth ambitions, he manages projects in such disciplines as corporate and business unit strategy, innovation, sales and marketing strategy, and commercial excellence. Furthermore, he supports his clients in executing these strategies helping to reconfigure business and commercial operating models and commercial capabilities to better enable execution and value capture. His experience includes working with leading energy & chemical companies in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Tom also serves in account leadership roles for several Fortune 500 Chemical Companies and serves as Deloitte’s Customer Strategy & Design practice leader for the sector.
Prior to consulting, Tom worked as a field technical service manager at National Starch & Chemical (now part of Henkel) in their adhesives business. Tom has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University
