Thomas Cortez is a second-year analyst with Deloitte’s Government and Public Services practice. He has keen interest in space including space governance and international cooperation, and has written multiple papers on international economic cooperation, space defense technology, and colonization. In 2023, he also presented ideas for US-Southeast Asian space cooperation to the State Department as part of his practicum.
