Tarpan has more than 15 years of experience across the United States, the United Kingdom, and India. He has helped organizations design and deliver large-scale transformational initiatives that drive operational efficiency, strengthen risk and financial management processes, and enhance regulatory compliance through process reengineering, target operating model design, and technology and AI enablement.
Among the areas Tarpan has supported are enterprise risk management, risk and controls management, product governance/product risk management, and capital planning and stress testing (CCAR).
In addition, he has supported financial institutions in designing and implementing technology solutions, including requirements gathering, screen design, test script development, and user acceptance testing.
