Tara is a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP who leads several market offerings within the Global Business Services (GBS) practice. She specializes in operating model transformation, serving clients across industries, with particular depth in Life Sciences. Tara works with organizations on GBS strategy development, capability assessments, governance design, talent strategies, enabling technology adoption , including unlocking the promise of AI, and effective outsourcing including GCC and BOTT enablement. With a proven track record in managing complex work transitions and building scalable global operations, Tara also serves as the chief architect of Deloitte's own GBS strategy, bringing firsthand experience to every client engagement.
