Tara is a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP and the National Government & Public Services Oracle Practice Leader. With over 30 years of experience, she guides clients through strategic business transformations leveraging enterprise applications and cloud technology. She has led more than 21 full implementations and managed complex projects across North America, Europe, and Asia, serving many of Deloitte’s largest clients in both public and private sectors. She has held key leadership roles, including National Quality and Risk Lead for the Oracle Practice. Tara began her career as a software developer and has worked in over 15 countries, shaping her global perspective and commitment to client success.
