Tamako Hayashi

Tamako leads Deloitte’s Japanese Services Group (JSG) in Portland and Seattle and leads US JSG’s talent. She serves clients in the consumer business, manufacturing, and food processing industries and has 26 years of experience. Tamako was a managing director serving a publicly traded company that files its consolidated financial statements with Tokyo and Osaka Stock Exchanges in accounting principles generally accepted in the US, and her experience includes 6 years in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC in Osaka, Japan. Additionally, she served as a managing director for a Japanese subsidiary of a major US consumer goods company in Japan and has also assisted Japanese companies in adopting International Financial Reporting Standards.
