Sylvia Gentzsch

Sylvia Gentzsch is the Global Chief of Staff for the Deloitte Microsoft Technology Practice. She previously served as Global Banking & Capital Markets Sector Specialist, supporting the global sector leader, focusing on the global sector strategy and key accounts. Sylvia has led industry programs in Banking & Capital Markets and Civil Government, and drove cross-border collaboration and growth in Deloitte’s Americas Clients & Industries program. Earlier, she supported the Americas Risk Advisory leader and was part of the Americas Consulting team. Sylvia began her Deloitte career in client-facing roles, focusing on risk management for banking clients. She is multi-cultural and speaks six languages, as she has lived in 10 countries!
