- Downstream Strategy: Led global fuels retail strategy refresh for super major. Tested and refreshed long term strategic positioning amidst transformational market forces – such as energy transition, competitive forces, and consumer trends.
- Downstream Operating Model and Organization Design: Led global operating model redesign to create a sustainable and competitive cost structure for the business while building capabilities required to enable client’s strategies related to the energy transition and consumer & customer experience.
- Downstream Customer Experience Enablement: Partnered with client to stand up new global Customer Experience organization to drive growth via elevated consumer and customer experiences across the Fuels B2B, Fuels Retail, Lubricants, Chemicals, and Renewables segments. Built client organization’s customer centricity capabilities across the digital and physical channels.
- Downstream Working Capital Optimization: Led assessment and implementation of working capital improvements in the client’s Americas business unit. Delivered solutions that balanced financial improvements and positive experience changes for the client’s employees and customers.
- Downstream Fuels Retail Marketing: Partnered with multiple clients over several years to develop and rollout consumer facing Marketing strategies across Loyalty, Mobile, Payments, and more
