Sue Frost is a managing director at Deloitte who advises federal, state, and local governments on environmental, permitting, and infrastructure challenges. She brings more than 20 years of experience helping public sector agencies modernize critical systems, accelerate project delivery, and enhance long-term outcomes for the communities they serve.
Sue specializes in assisting clients to improve permitting and environmental review processes. She works with agencies to help them integrate AI and other advanced technologies, streamline end-to-end workflows, and apply data-driven insights that shorten review cycles and enhance transparency. Her approach helps agencies align environmental protection, economic development, and community priorities to support more timely and informed project decisions.
Sue's experience spans sustainable development, energy and environmental policy, and public infrastructure planning. She has led multi-disciplinary programs across transportation, real estate, energy, water, and natural resource management. Sue holds a BA from Wesleyan University, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Energy and Environmental Management from the University of Denver.
