Stephanie Stachura is a Principal in Deloitte’s Oil, Gas and Chemicals Industry Sector and leads the human capital practice for Deloitte’s energy, resources, and industrials industry.  She has over 20 years of experience delivering change and talent strategies for global oil, gas, and chemical organizations undergoing large-scale business transformations across multiple functions and businesses. Her consulting experience includes mobilizing and implementing complex business transformations and creating change agility for global Fortune 500 companies with domestic, international, and emerging market operations.
