Sophia Sodhi is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Higher Education practice, where she leads enterprise scale organization transformations and operating model re-designs. She serves as the lead for Organization Design and Organization Transformation in Higher Education, advising public and private institutions on large scale administrative workforce and service delivery transformations.
Sophia’s work focuses on designing and implementing enterprise operating models across administrative functions such as IT, HR, Finance, and Research Administration—enabling technology enabled service delivery at scale. She has supported a wide range of institutions, including R1 universities, private institutions, multi campus systems, and land grant universities, helping leaders modernize operating models, improve service delivery, and align talent strategies to institutional priorities.
In addition to her client leadership, Sophia serves as the People Officer for Deloitte’s Higher Education practice. In this role, she is responsible for employee engagement, learning and development programming, culture building, and internal communications—strengthening community, advancing talent development, and positioning the practice as a destination employer within and beyond Deloitte.
