Srinath Vamaraju

Srinath is a principal in the Enterprise Performance practice. He has more than 25 years of experience in Application Managed Services(AMS)/Operate Services. He has led multiple large AMS engagements which had scope across the IT ecosystems of clients.

His background includes program management, transition & transformation management, competency management, process redesign and service operations redefinition. He has significant experience in all phases of the AMS lifecycle - Plan, Transition, Stabilize and Optimize.

In addition to Program and Delivery management, he has also been responsible for implementing and institutionalizing industry best practices and process improvements and played a key role in the achievement of SEI CMMI Level 5 (Assessment Team) and ISO certifications. He has worked in different geographical locations like America, Europe and India and primarily focus on Tech, Media and Telecom clients.  Major clients include Sony PlayStation, Broadcom, Skyworks, Amazon, Warner Brothers-Discovery and Teradata.
