Srinath Vamaraju

Srinath is a Principal in the Enterprise Performance practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in Information Systems. His background includes program management, transition & transformation management, competency management, process redesign and service operations redefinition. He has significant experience in all phases of the Application Lifecycle - Build, Deploy, Transition, Stabilize and Optimize.

In addition to Program and Delivery management, he was responsible for implementing and institutionalizing industry best practices and process improvements and played a key role in the achievement of SEI CMMI Level 5 (Assessment Team) and ISO certifications. He has worked in different geographical locations like America, Europe and India and primarily focus on TMT clients. Major clients include HPE, Sony PlayStation, Broadcom, Toys R Us, Whirlpool, American Express, KLA-Tencor, and Corbis.
