Spencer is a product manager with Deloitte’s Converge Health Care team, based in Boston. He builds data- and AI-enabled healthcare analytics offerings that help providers and payers improve performance and value, drawing on deep familiarity with the intersection of revenue cycle management and real-world data.
He brings more than a decade of experience across product management, technical sales, and analytics implementation. Before joining Deloitte, Spencer served as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Definitive Healthcare and spent six years at eClinicalWorks in analytics leadership and consulting roles. These roles sharpened his ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, lead cross-functional delivery, and guide customers from evaluation through adoption.
Spencer holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has completed professional training in BigQuery, Python, agile delivery, and modern data platforms.
