Susan Klink is an Audit & Assurance (A&A) leader with Deloitte & Touche LLP and A&A’s Chief People Officer, leading talent strategy and shaping the future workforce through talent and culture transformation.
Over her 24 years at Deloitte, Susan has held senior leadership roles including Lead Client Service Partner, Relationship Partner, New England Audit Partner-In-Charge, A&A’s Financial Services Industry leader, and National Women & Allies Leader. Most recently, she served as A&A’s Managing Partner for Client Excellence & Markets, collaborating across the businesses to execute Deloitte’s multidisciplinary strategy. She also represents A&A on several global and cross-business initiatives and committees.
Susan has managed large, multinational engagements and advised clients on challenging and complex transactions. Susan works closely with audit committees, boards and senior management, bringing a breadth of experiences and insights to her engagements. She favors a candid, open and transparent approach to communication.
