Simon Chafetz

Simon is a Senior Manager based in Deloitte’s Boston office, focused on Customer Strategy within the Retail & Consumer Product sector. Simon has helped omni-channel retailers and other consumer businesses navigate evolving market dynamics via customer-centric digital and operational strategies. Over the past 10+ years, he has developed and deployed strategic visions for digital growth initiatives at various organizations. Outside of client service, Simon leads multiple thought leadership efforts for Deloitte, including the Annual Holiday Report, Quarterly RCP Trends report, and the Great Retail Bifurcation. In addition, Simon has led the Retail & CP communities of practice in various Deloitte offices, including NYC, DC, and Boston.
