As a Principal in Deloitte’s Government and Public Services, Human Services Transformation practice, Shawn is focused on helping our teams and clients innovate and deliver Eligibility & Enrollment services across the nation. Shawn’s current focus is enabling successful implementations with our clients for Medicaid Community Engagement and helping navigate H.R.1 provisions across the nation, while continuing to shape human services delivery innovation as we leverage emerging technology to drive outcomes for our clients.
