Sarah is a principal in Deloitte’s Multistate Tax Services practice. She is currently the Central Region Tax Managing Partner, where she leads the team of 3,600+ professionals delivering all types of direct and indirect tax services in the US.
Prior to taking on this role, Sarah was the National Service Line Leader of the Multistate Tax Services practice, leading the team of 2,600 professionals in the US and India. She previously served as the leader of the National Multistate Tax Services sub-service line and also the Multistate Restructuring practice.
Sarah has over 20 years of experience focusing on state income, franchise, and transaction tax issues associated with corporate restructurings, intercompany transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and post-merger integrations. She also has specific and deep experience with income, franchise, and transaction tax planning and implementation of strategies for clients in various industries, including Retail, Consumer Products, Life Sciences, and Energy.
Sarah currently is a member of the Deloitte US Board Council and serves on the Governance Committee and previously served on the Business Risk Committee.
