For more than 20 years, she has helped institutions solve their most complex risk and control challenges — improving operational performance while building more resilient, future-ready risk environments.
Sara primarily focuses on risk and control transformation, non-financial risk management program development, and the design and delivery of large-scale, technology-enabled monitoring and testing programs. Her work spans the intersection of regulatory expectations and operational execution, helping clients move from fragmented controls to integrated, efficient risk management at scale.
