Samuel Park is a managing director with Deloitte Consulting LLP and is Deloitte’s CIO services market leader. Park has served public sector clients in all phases of large, complex technology modernization projects. He has also led multiple strategy engagements in the areas of market analysis and strategy, strategic planning, and design and implementation of new operating models. Park holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
